REFUND POLICY
Since we make all the Demo Photobook and products customized as per the data and design provided by you/user during the order making or building on the website, and customized order takes a lot of Hardowrk and time to consume and material to be used according to the user input, then providing the refund is not possible once you place the order, but we still offer the best possible solution to our customer, if you feel that you have placed the order by mistake or there is some challenge is your order or the design you uploaded then you can email us or call us or contact us via email hello@vaahophotocolor.com or customer support number 8427600016 within the 2 Hours after the order confirmation receipt on your email and mobile number. We will stop your order processing once you inform us and then will initiate your refund.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING
We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. DELIVERY TIME
We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 7-10 working days. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each Vaaho Photo Color Demo Photobook product. If for some reason, you are unsure of the product or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at and we will contact you within hello@vaahophotocolor.com 2-3 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the product. They may request further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please assist them.

HOW TO EXCHANGE?
We offer the Exchange only when you receive the damaged products or the wrong products. You must inform us within 2 days of receiving the order of the product. The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your
corrected product, we will take care of the shipping.
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and Demo Photobook. Item(s) which show signs of usage before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold.
